Outdoor Events

Overview -

Nearly every service and type of equipment we utilize for indoor events can also be used for outdoor events. We have handled plant dedications and national park anniversaries in  large parking lots for thousands to weddings and receptions on small lawns for just a few.

By using some of new tents that are available for rental, a covered and heated/air conditioned space can be created outdoors that is as large or larger than a hotel ballroom. These structures have changed all the rules on where a meeting or event has to be held.

 

Services

Planning

These events obviously require some additional planning over an indoor event, but the results are well worth the effort. We have planned open air events held on tennis courts and sales events in a manufacturing facility parking lot. Each event has its own set of items to be dealt with including vehicle traffic, cable routing, electrical power, lighting, weather, area access times, etc.

 

Equipment

Projection/Audio/Lighting/Etc –

Computer Graphic Projection, I-Mag, Video Projection, Audio, Lighting, are usually no problem in an outdoor event as long as the proper planning is done. Meetings such as New Product Introductions that utilize many different types of equipment can be handled at many outdoor locations.

 

Power Generation/Power Distribution

Of course nearly every piece of equipment we use is electrically powered so a variety of AC power components is often used at these events. Everything from storage battery/inverter systems to large diesel generators, we either have the items needed in our inventory or make arrangements for the necessary equipment.

We also handle the power distribution necessary for everything from house lighting and product lighting to banquet kitchens.
