Weddings & Receptions

Overview -

We have handled many weddings/receptions in churches, fellowship halls, restaurants, hotels, and lawns. Nearly every service and type of equipment we utilize for indoor weddings/receptions can also be used outdoors.

Wireless microphones so that everyone can hear the vows, to video projection and an audio system at the reception, we can help make the wedding or reception a wonderful event.

Services

Planning

Usually our client has chosen the time and place for the wedding or reception, however we may be involved in selecting the best way to set up the reception hall or wedding location. We may create a scale drawing showing where the banquet equipment and our equipment would be placed.

Equipment

Video Playback –

At some receptions we may play a video tape that was either created by the client or by us. These tapes are usually made up of pictures of the bride, groom and their families, and are put to music of the couples choosing.

Audio –

An audio system for a wedding may include wireless microphone(s) to amplify and/or record the wedding vows. It may also include a full sound system that may be used to play music for the service itself. An audio system for a reception will usually include at least one microphone for toasts, etc. and may include CD player(s) for music. Of course, high quality audio for any video elements are also included.

Lighting

We may provide lighting as a decorating element, to get some color and excitement into what may be a plain room, or light an ice sculpture, etc.
